Building a tire rack

I need a tire rack in my garage. Something up high off in the corner that can hold between 8-12 tires. Right now the garage still doesn't have dry wall up yet just insulation so I have easy access to the wall joists and roof rafters. Any plans or tips on how to build something that will be durable to hold the weight? Thanks!
