building an Auto Shop/Garage

I am looking to build a auto Shop/garage on my property, what programs are you guys using to help design your shop/garage?

mine will be used for restoring cars, with possibly enough room for a rotisserie, a 2 post lift and i may eventually use one end of it for a small auto parts store in the future.
currently i have 140 ft by about 40 or 50 ft to work with but i want to do this in stages for budget reasons. I will be happy with a 30 x 40 initially with the option to add on another 30 x 40 way down the road

I use sweethome3D. Maybe not the best, but it is free and what I have been using. I have used autoCAD and solidworks in the past, but no longer have access to those programs.

140x40 or 50, Wow, That is going to be a very large shop.
