I'm gonna say 3 boxes of toothpicks should do it. Oh yeah lots of patience to build something that small.

In all seriousness. Can't see any dimensions. Working on finishing up the outside of my 28'x32' with attic trusses. Figure I'll be all in at $40k.

Unless someone happens to have built the same structure in your area very recently, I doubt you'll get much useful info. Like much of the country, New England is experiencing a construction boom / labor shortage that is driving up construction costs at a stunning rate.

On one hand this is an awful time to build for the afore mentioned reason even if you can find a contractor. On the other, there is no telling how long this will last and whether it be better if the industry slows. The lack of skilled and motivated workers is a chronic problem with no solution in sight. Sorry to be so negative but it's ugly out there.

It’s 28x28 so yours isn’t much bigger. With trusses. One bay with storage and the other bay vaulted ceiling. Been Quoted $65k no wiring

Around central Mass, a basic 24x24 garage will run you about 40-50K as a package deal from a contractor. Of course you can sub out certain parts of the job yourself if you know people in the business and get the price down but if you want a turn-key building without doing anything yourself, then $65k out your way isnt completely crazy.

I'm building my garage for ~50k. It's just the bare building, not finished. It's a 3 story 24x44x35' but the 2nd and 3rd floors will just be left with plywood.
