Me too. Too many places that sell addys and I end up with mucho spam.

But sounds nice. I am in the process of framing my 34' x 50" with 10' x 30' porch.

Willy it costs me $76,000 with concrete slab and all material and labor to erect, total of 7650 sq. ft. under roof, front porch has a finished ceiling and columns for looks, gutters on all roof areas, fully insulated with 4 service doors-3 overhead doors..dirt work I had to pay for seperately. Everyone around here said that was a good deal. I am located in south west Georgia, now my work begins.. I don't know why it took Cummins so long to erect his.. LOL after reading about how hard it was for him I decided not to try it myself and price was pretty good having it erected.. glad to see pics are coming up.. red clay sure is hard to remove from concrete, pressure washer didn't get it clean, may have to use some chemicals.

Well, I just went back and tried the link again, and I see it is not SnapFish any longer, but now is Zoto, I see he edited it to change the link.

You say you are in SW GA, is that a BaxSteel building (from Baxley, GA)? it looks like it, from looking at the internal structure, but the pics are too dark to tell for sure. Wished I'd had the money for a Bax building, but they were too high. I ended up with a MBI building from Thomasville, GA.

Thanks,

Charles

Charles I did change link. The building came from Trinity Steel in Alabama MBI in Thomasville from what I hear is high on pricing.. most of prices I got were 10,000-20,000 higher than what I paid in the end.

My MBI building was bought in fall of '99, things have changed alot since then, and I haven't priced anything lately. Building looks nice. I tried to keep the contractors equipment off the slab but he got smart a** with me when he discovered that I asked his son (the highlander fork lift operator) to stay off if possible and purposely drove up on the slab needlessly just to get my goat. Took lots of close up pressure washing to get the slab clean.

Here is the link to my building pages.

Great garage. Checked out the rest of the pics in your gallery. Nice rides. Its good to see a Ford motor in an old Ford instead of a Chevy 350. Love the Cobra.

The cobra is lots of fun and plenty fast, most everyone now is putting ford motors in them.
