So, the thread in the heating section (Leaving my building unheated for the winter) got me thinking about my situation.
I'm in the process of building a 40x40x14 addition to my existing shop 32x28x9.5. I'm at the point of open studs/trusses, the metal roof is on, the osb sheeting is on but the garage doors are not. Pretty much dried in. Kind of ran out of money as some other surprises hit. Anyway, the thought now is to just leave the shell open and work on it throughout the winter. So right now I was thinking about adding the cardboard baffles and vapor barrier/sheetrock on the ceiling and continue wiring and such until I can afford the blow in insulation and continue on all winter.
The question is - Since it's an unheated space would I need to worry about condensation in the attic space ruining the sheetrock/baffles or blow in?
