Building new home. Floor options???

Pretty excited about building a new home. Nothing fancy but have a few questions. It will be a three car garage that is finished with 220. What else should I have the builder do? Also with a brand spanking new concrete floor. What floor should I go with? (epoxy)? Thanks David

We are going through the same process now. We just had the lot walk through for the survey earlier today.
Along with 220v, add floor drains, a sink with hot & cold hose hookups, insulation and ceiling fans.
