So, I've read through many threads on here... I love following the builds, I learn so much. There's definitely a ton of talent on here and so many ideas. I've been reluctant to document my builds here because with all these others that are so cool, who would care about mine. However! you folks are great to help, so I'm thinking that I might get some great ideas or have someone keep me from making a mistake if I document here, so... I guess I'm doin' it.
So, short back story. In 2010, my wife and I bought 35 acres right across the street from where I spent the upper half of my "raising", I built my first shop and tinkered on cars throughout high school and college. My MIL decided she wanted to move back to the area in a few years so we worked out a deal and built her a house on the property and a 40x60 shop in 2012, moved into the MIL house with plans to build our own... time went by.. house plans changed... a lot... and we are now in the process of building a home in the 40x60 shop for us, but the MIL want's her own shop as well, so we are also building a 25x75 woodshop/studio for her as well. I planned to document that build here and hopefully, in the future a actual real shop for me, since the current shop has been commandeered for living space. I can share that build too if there's any interest. Footings for the 25x75 went down yesterday, will follow up with some photos.
