Building pole barn in spring

Having a 24x40x10 pole barn built in spring. Because of land size and other dwellings, this is what I can build. Having 1- 12x9 overhead door in front, 1 entrance door in rear. I would like to add a roll up door later by myself in the back side of barn later. What should I do and not do? Looking for what you did to yours or problems. Thanks in advance.

If you want to insulate or finish the inside, i would like into commercial/bookshelf style girts .
