I got quotes for a 42x72 pole building with one walk in and one overhead. Average built price is around 31,000 for central Illinois. How does this sound. Going to use Ragland builders I think.

Does that include insulation or concrete? If it does that doesn't seem like a pretty decent price to me.

that's about 1/3 of the price for a 40x60 (with slab and site prep) down here in florida. my 30x42 was about 40k before I added the massive attic trusses (actually didn't add much) and the attic floor and stairs (added 6k).

my 36x64x14' high ceiling was $23,000 with two overhead doors (18x8 and 10x12), 4 windows and two walk thru's, the concrete was another $8k which included a 20x20 approach.....so total $31,000, last fall

No concrete. Just the structure. Thought about building it myself, but time is an issue. Bought a new house and need a place to move my equipment before I put mine on market. Winter is coning fast.thanks everyone
