My latest build is a bumper guard / 2 inch front receiver / light bar for my Dodge van. There is nothing commercially available to fit and as usual I probably would rather build to my own spec anyway. It is all built from 2 inch square tubing. I was lucky enough to find the pre bent piece at the steel yard which happened to be the perfect curve. I recently upgraded the vise on my welding table to a monster vise as seen in some of the attached pictures. It was a big help in holding and positioning the pieces for welding and grinding.
