Buttons for like,dislike,thanks

I don't know if others have suggested this but :-

Would it be possible to have a 'Like' 'Dislike' (or 'agree', 'disagree')
and 'Thanks' button that members could click on as used on other
sites.

I'm almost certain vBulletin (software the forum runs) or at least the current version running here, supports those functions.

There's a "rate thread" tab on every thread screen. Isn't that enough?
