I have used up my supply and in need of a replenish

I am in need of butyl tape ( round ) I know that Ebay , Amazon and auto supply sell it and that it's not really expensive but for me to order a 13 of 20 foot length is beyond what I will likely use up in what time I have left.
Does anybody know of a place that sells smaller lengths?

Auto glass installation place will probably have a bit of a roll they would give you.
That’s the best option right there. They will probably be happy to give you a couple feet for free. Be mindful, though, that it might be foam core.

In the summer I stopped at auto glass shop, not busy, dude sitting behind a desk.
Walk in and very politely ask if they have a small bit of butyl tape that I could purchase and he seemed to not have any idea what I was asking.
It finally dawned on him what I was asking, and walks out to the shop going from work bench to work bench and looks real fast in the company van walks back and says "nope we really don't use that anymore".
So I left and ordered some from Amazon as a add on for a existing order.

Case closed!

I purchased it from Amazon, made by 3M, not too long, at least for my need. I use it to reseal the vapor barrier on the door for my BMW to prevent moisture from coming into the car once the door card is installed after having to work inside the door. I needed enough to go around the perimeter of the door.
