Buying a 18x45 and NEED HELP

Hello all,
This is my first post on this forum. I am signing the papers on a 18x45 "garage condo" on Friday afternoon. The house that I currently live in has a 2 car garage and I will be using this space for storing household items, extra car and truck, motorcycles, and 4 wheelers. I am trying to find some storage ideas but am having trouble finding any others with similar space. Does anyone have any pictures of a similar space? Would it be possible to park 4 vehicles in this space?

if it is open for the 18x45, yes, plenty of room for 4 normal sized vehicles(most vehicles are ~6.5 wide and 14-16 long

My garage is 18x46 Inside dimensions, and it has 4 cars in it at pretty much all times, it has had 5 but that was not easy or practical. Mine is long and narrow, the access is a single 16' OHD at one end and a single offset entry door at the other end. The daily drivers are at one end, one backed in the other pulled both close to the walls to allow for maximum space between, my full size truck is wide. I have wall cabinets on the walls near the OHD, high mounted shelving most of the way down both sides, and large racks, bench etc at the end by the entry door. I need to take some updated pic's, it's changed a lot since the last time I bothered to take pic's.

If one is a pickup, I don't think you will get 4 of them in there easily, unless its a short-cab-short-box and those are pretty much a highly special order these days. My old S-10 extended cab truck was as long as a Suburban. The full size crew cab 8' box is worst case, not even sure how long it is but I'd peg it close to 22-24' long.

With all of your stuff (Im considering 4 vehicles + motorcycles + 4wheelers) I'd think 3 vehicles would work but be very tight. Or you could store stuff in the pickup bed to get 4.

18' inside dimension width is also going to be tight when opening vehicle doors to get out.

That is what I am thinking. One of the vehicles is a 1997 Chevy ext cab truck. But the other is a Porsche Convertible so maybe one will make up for the other.
