Buying an older snap on box set, need some thoughts.

First post here. I am looking at buying a box from a guy I know.
Local sale, $1,000. I've done business with the guy before and he's willing to take payments.
Bottom Box: KR537
Top Box: KR557
Side Boxes: KR547's

Opinions? I know its well taken care of, and he still has the keys for it. It was his dads, they both had the same boxes and his dad passed away, and he doesn't need two sets.

Include the side boxes? It is ok price if in great shape and side boxes come with it. Here in GA it would be about a 5-600 setup. I had that same box back in the mid 2000's in CT. I struggled to get $650 for it. Took months to sell and was in good shape though it did not incude the side boxes. The side boxes if very nice will fetch $200 on ebay each. Fair price, but I see some much nicer setups almost weekly here in GA for $1000-1,200. Box was decent quality though I was not overly impressed.

Yep, rickairmedic, I am in Louisville. I am buying the box, I just wanted some opinions from those who have had similar boxes.
