I don't have the ct761 yet but I do have the ctr761 and the cts761 as well as both 18v impacts. The ctr761 is the 3/8 drive which I use almost everyday and is a great investment. The cts761 doesn't get much use but when it does I pretty much only use it for interior work or anything that is clean. If I were me buying again I'd still go with the ratchet but a larger 3/8 impact like the 18 volt or the mg325.
