STICKMAN;
Be specific, what is the problem you've encountered with the MG/725? Mg325.
Could it be corrected easily, or design flaw?
Yes they are expensive and I would have bought IR2135 if I'd had the choice.
Also the air/nitro cats are probably the Best Buy next to the very heavy
IR 231 and it's clones which would be My choice for a Young Rookie.
I'm interested in your opinion, not to argue.

My suggestion on the impact is if your dealer wont take it back and its worthless to you I'd throw it up on craigslist for a little less then you paid and try to unload it quick then recuperate from your loses and spend the money on a better one or some other tools you need. As far as what you should get from them, here I a list of tools that in my opinion SO makes best:

Ratchets- I suggest you get the soft grip ones if possible but the standard handles are great too.

Ratcheting screwdrivers

Screwdrivers

Sockets

Combo wrenches

My best advise to you is to get what you use the most from SO and out source the rest from other brands like Matco, Mac, Proto, S-K or even K-D for your special tools and least used stuff then later replace it with SO. Good Luck!
