I have an older BYB and trying to justify the expense of their casters @ $400 a set. Any experience?

Why when you can use 4 mini mover's dollys from HF for 14.99 each. I raise the platform 8" put on 2 C clamps and jack up with floor jack, move to other end and repete. Roll anywhere i want to. 20 o/o off coupons make it even better.

I got some for mine but's it's not a BYB,,,was around $200
sounds like the floor jack, dolly thing would work unless you need to move it frequently

I have a BYB lift and the casters. I do use them once in a while to move it. The casters are cantilevered so that when the cross arms drop they push the columns up to clear the floor. I don't think you can do the same thing with a furniture dolly.
