Never used one and don't really see too much of an advantage over a ratchet + extension. Maybe a bit more stable? You can use 2 hands? But how much torque are we talking about here; it's 1/4 dr. with screwdriver bits.

The collar spins so you can hold the collar and spin the handle to remove **** really really fast. Now what op asked, it is pretty good, I don't have one, but I played around with it in store and it was pretty nice.

I use a 6" extension and a sliding t handle the same way.

It works great. I don't know if I would say it's worth $25 though.
