This is for anyone that currently has a C7000 twin post hoist. I need one of the base plate dimensions since they are not the instructions I found online.

I found a template online (can't post link yet !) from "Alpha Bronco" but I don't know how close I can actually go to the wall. the template shows 1" from hole center to plate edge, and I figured if I added another inch I should be good ??

I'm pouring my footings this week but I'm going to cement in studs close to the edge of my garage wall since it's too risky to drive in anchors less than 6 inches from the wall.
My intention is too allow for two positions, one as close to the wall as possible for a "storage mode" and another further away from the wall when I need to work on both sides of my cars. The second position I'll just use the drop in anchors.

for anchors, I was thinking of just using 4 of 3/4" high strength bolts just for the back of the hoist mount and welding the bottoms to rebar which will be encased in concrete.

I'm Alpha Bronco!!

The plates are 18x15 and the back of the column is 3" from the edge.

The back holes are about 1-1.5" from the edge on center..

Do not weld or put anything in concrete until you have the posts in your possession. The design may have changed or the holes could have been cut off by a smidge on mine or yours.

Thanks JohhnK8 !

I'll have to risk it and deal with any design change later unfortunately, just the way things are right now. I'll just leave the embedded studs out a little higher in the event I have to add another 1/2" reinforcing plate if the hole positions change that much.

Sounds like you will be grinding off those studs
