First time posting. Just starting to get the garage shop pulled together a little bit at a time. But today, this Strong Hold popped up on my Facebook feed for $100. Asked if they’d deliver it for $150 and here it sits in my garage. It’s the 14 gauge, but it is amazingly solid and crazy heavy. For now, just using it to store all the stuff that doesn’t have anywhere else to live. Just had to brag somewhere and figured this group would get it.

$100 sounds ok...$150 delivery sounds steep. How far was it? I would have put it in bed of my truck or towed it on a dolly with a rope...video-taping it. That would be my 1st post[emoji38]

Can I try has a good thought, pandering for acknowledgment of your deal in your first post, "whaaaat?" You would have been doing a lot better to delete that last sentence before hitting 'submit.'

Try selling a KRL722 for $300 to some lucky member to regain some credibility, it's OK if you empty the drawers beforehand, but that's optional.

Nice snag. I’d like to have one at that price.

I didn't read asking for anything or any form of the word **** in the OPs post.
Even the title states that it is a post bragging about a good deal.

Nice cabinet at a good price.

No need to take me too seriously. I posted in jest. It's all in good fun, in the spirit of GJ. No self-suckage, and especially not on a first post!

No worries here. Probably should have said share instead of brag. Deals are out there, just gotta keep an eye out.

Congratulations on your find FriscoMustang, and thank you for sharing. It's always good to see the the deals others have scored.

And, welcome to GJ!

For some reason I thought all of the strongholds were 12ga thickness. Did they startup a lineup to produce 14ga cabinets? Its been quite awhile since I looked at any new ones, the other ones I found used.

Its a great buy in any case :)

I have more questions than answers.
Geez guys. He is new and a good chance had no clue to the suckage that goes on here. I'm sure he has a better idea now. Did any of you guys know what it was when you made your first post. I already have a good idea in the answer from the honest ones......

Nice find. That should be a good solid cabinet that last you for years to come. Don't let the jerks chase you away.
