I'm getting ready to redo our kitchen/bathrooms and came across this for hardware mounting, was wondering if anyone has used it before and if so how do you like it? I'm not a huge fan that it looks like it only has stops on one plane but its also very cheap. I think I might be able to use a saw/router guide over the thumb screws to get a stop in the other plane? Either this or make something.

I was planning on making my own right/left cabinet door and drawer pull jigs but once you count buying the bushings and my time $24 looks real nice...

I have no direct experience with this jig, but Kreg has always been outstanding for me with customer service. I would say for 25 bucks, to make it easy, and a company that stands behind all the little things, go for it!

It seems to do well on youtube!

You'll get more use out of the Kreg pocket screw jigs, but this is cheap-enough, so if it helps you to do your drilling, it's not much $. Fabricating one is pretty-easy, I'd think you need two one for right and one for left.

Honestly if it saves me an hour and materials its worth it, I'll need 6 bushings so that's going to add up to 25 quickly. After watching the YouTube video it does seem worthwhile. Also have another tool which is always a good thing right? Takes up less room than 3 jigs.
