Hey Guys. While I am waiting for a new overhead door I am reworking my cabinet design for the garage. Originally I was going for a slab look with MDF and have decided to go back to cope and stick plywood panel doors.

I have hidden some of the doors for clarity. The cabinets span 16' 10" and are floor to ceiling just shy of 10' height. The Cabinets on the left of the bench are mirrored on the right. The cabinets are 6" off the floor. There are two of the bottom cabinets with no floor in them. One id for my table saw and the other is for my miter saw. Both are on bases that will roll out.

My hot dog compressor will go in the base cabinet below the drill cabinet. The drawers on the right of the work bench are for my hand tools. Mechanic tools in the base and wood working in the upper stack. The panel at the base of the drill cabinet and drawer stack are false for access to hidden electric outlets (power for chargers etc) The very top cabinets will have horizontal doors that lift with gas struts. Just not sold on the configuration of the top cabinets since I end up with a weird little space. I could just att a single 21" cabinet there.

All drawers will be full extension, soft close on doors and drawers. Filly adjustable shelving. Task lighting etc. My shop-vac will go below the workbench. Thoughts??

What works for me is probably not going to be right for you. Looks like nice work but my space needs are very different. I made upper shelves/cabinets
16 inches deep as 12 was not enough for my needs, and I have no lower ones
as I need the wall space for tool boxes etc. I used the faces off some old cheap
cabinets a client was throwing out, built my own boxes.
