I see plenty of photos of stuff hanging on the walls of garages built with wooden studding. What about us guys with concrete block garages?

Show us what you have mounted on your concrete block walls and give some tips on how to mount them.

To attach cabinets (or anything else) to a cinder block or concrete wall I suggest you look into using Tapcons.

I mounted everything in my garage with PL premium and tapcons. Be careful with the PL though. If you are going to use it, make sure you are really set on never removing it again. Because even with the tapcons removed, the cabinets will not come off without damage.

+1 on the French cleat w/tapcons + construction glue. And, for really solid connections put the tapcons into the block webbing, not the open cells.

or mark your inspection holes and use the solid cores for tapcons

I have poured concrete walls. Instead of tapcons, I mounted two 2x4s on the wall, one about 2 ft above the other, using lag screws with lead shield anchors, then screwed the cabinets onto the 2x4s. Works great.
