Cable with pendant box

I never post any of what I make here, so I thought I would post this one. This is an extension cord with a rubber pendant box with two industrial grade receptacles in it that I made for a member here. OSHA and the NEC do not allow a regular outlet box to be attached to the end of a cord. You have to use a proper pendant box.

I know people that have used those to make power cords that hang from the ceiling

Where do you get the boxes and outlets for this? I been looking for something like this for my ext. cords.

the boxes arent cheap though...you're in for some sticker shock if youre used to junction box pricing at homedepot...
