Here is cad drawing of building I am looking to put up.. Price $95,000 total erected & materials, includes doors-coupalas- 6 inch 4000 psi slab with 2ft overhang all around on main building.. there will also be a 5ft concrete walk-apron around building and lean to..

45x100x16 ft with 4:12 pitch enclosed with 4 service doors-2 14x14 rollups & 1 10x10 rollup on lean to side.
25x100 x 12 ft lean to with 1:12 pitch

I don't think it's quite big enough. You may want to reconsider the size.

I know its kind of big but it will last me the rest of my life.. I am planning on adding rooms inside for office-wife's craft area and maybe some day park a motor home in it.. etc and since house is small it will make up the difference.:) also if you down size the price does not go down as much as you would think..

I wouldn't have the over hang all the way around the large building if your going to have the lean to on the one side with a 2' overhang and a 16 and 12 eve heights your going to have a nice 100' long bird house on the one side! Go with 3 walls over hang on the main building and then a 2 ' over hang on the lean to part
