cal hawk tools?

I imagine they aren't good quality at all, but for $10 I picked these up today, new in package. I'm surprised that a low quality tool had a nice case for them. But doubt I'll be keeping them in it because of the estate it takes. Also, they don't skip sizes. 10-19, gotta love that.

Hey Black, no one seems to be paying attention tonight, huh, LOL. As to your wrenches I have seen the cal hawk brand on numerous thing, but never bought. But I think I would give the 10 bucks for your wrench set anytime. I'd say good deal even if they are cheapies.

Got them at Valley View trade days. Flea market. First time I've ever seen them too. Had some other tools as well branded the same. Wish they would a had a standard set too as every set I've seen in stores are only 7 piece.

One a funny note, a guy had a few flex head ratchet wrenches for $75, per set. Best laugh I've had for a while. I pitty they fool who actually pays that price.

I'm looking at adding a crows foot set to my collection and came across the Cal Hawk/ Calhawk brand. Any further impression of the wrenches you purchased? Also, did you happen to note a country of origin marking on any of the tools?

I have a set of 1/2 inch impact sockets from calhawk.....I like them better than the pittsburgs I got at HF.

I've used a few over the years. Not bad. I'd put their quality above HF. I have a couple of their ratchets, and they work fine for DIY. Pro grade tools-definitely not.
