CAL-VAN 605 what is it for

cal-van 605 USA 1/2 tool, looks like some kind of distributor wrench.
i never seen cal-van made in usa before, this is first one, google search didnt give any results. any body knows what is it designed for?

Distributor wrench, if 1/2" it's for a Ford, 9/16 it's for a Chevy.
