Call me stumped

This has been hanging around the property for over 25 yrs as yard art.
Anyone have a clue as to its original purpose. A basic hand actuated hydraulic unit w/ reservoir . But what did it attach to? A little faded green paint makes me think it belonged to a Deere or Oliver.

Hand actuated, not inertial as RV/trailer hydraulics. So you think it’s for parking only?

Using as a parking brake wouldn't surprise me. Probably just modified for someone's use. Then again maybe the company made several versions of the same thing.
