Do you really want to go to Camden? Don't know anyone that went to either for auto repair, but I've been to DCCC for a Pa state inspection license, good program. I went to Pennco Tech. in Blackwood N.J. years ago, great programs then.

Camden community college Auto program is in Blackwood NJ. I won't go if the school was in Camden unless I was we'll armed and was wearing a flak jacket.

Are either (or both) of the programs affiliated with any of the auto manufacturers? When I went to Middlesex County College years ago, they were tied in with Ford. Ford donated a bunch of cars and equipment to the program, so the guys were learning on the latest equipment and working on the new cars. They also had work-study programs, so you'd go to school part of the day, and work in a dealership the other part. You were pretty much guaranteed to get a dealership job when you were done.

The local college here in GA is tied in with Toyota under a similar program.

i just took the auto trans class at camden county. the class was good and realy liked my teacher.
you might want to look into camden county tech instatute if your just looking to take auto class's. its just a one year course more for beginers who dont know much but even if you do know some now you can still lear alot. they only focus on brakes, electric, steering susp and engine performance / driveability. we also did a night on transmissions and the last couple class's on hvac.
from the way the kids talked in my trans class at county there education was no better then what i got at the tech school. the tech class just doesnt teach for all 8 of the ase test. that is the reason i took the trans class at county.
