I have a property that I would like to watch 24'7,whats a good system I could record 24 hours a day and it could be downloaded on a computer by dvr or a chip, must be color cameras
I have this one... haven't got it completely set up yet but what I have set up works really well. Make sure you get a 'power over ethernet' setup so you only have to run one line to each camera. It's got night vision and it's HD video.
Really depends on what your budget is... but like most things, the more you spend the better then system for the most part. I wouldn't even consider anything under $400 as being worth using - the picture won't be that good and it won't have as many options for motion detection, recording, etc, etc.
I have a Zmodo 8 channel and it works great. I started with a Qsee.
Your system is only as good as your cameras. Most cameras that come with the packages are starter quality only. I've upgraded most of my cams one at a time. My experience is that the Sony cams are the best quality vs cost
