I bought a 100 A CH off of ebay about 2 years ago, wasn't that old when I bought it. Haven't had any problems with it but I do wish it had infinite heat settings instead of just four. I'm no pro at welding by any means but it's worked out for me so far.

I have a 105A CH welder. Just like Jimmy above, I wish it was more adjustable for heat settings (somewhere between "burn through" and "pop-fizzle" would be nice sometimes ;) ). It works fine on light stuff (exhaust, small brackets, making sawhorses out of old steel swingsets, etc). Don't ask it to weld a 1/4" plate bracket to your rear axle tubes though. That won't work without extra work (likely need a torch also). I promise. :Homer: <- "D'OH!" (throw a Lincoln AC225 at it, and those plates go right on to the axle housing tho ;) )
