Campbell Hausfeld Compressor Made in USA

My old noisy Craftsman hotdog air compressor finally gave up the ghost, thank goodness. I was looking for something a little more powerful for a homeowner, but wasn't sure I wanted to drop $300 on a new one especially since i only use it occasionally. This morning I found a portable twin stack Campbell Hausfeld 2hp 4 Gallon 4.5 SCFM on Craiglist for a fair price and close to home. This is an older Professional series made in USA. It runs great, comes up to pressure quickly, and holds it just fine - no leaks. It is much quieter than the old "alarm clock from hell" Craftsman even though it still measures 80db on my phone decibel app. The craftsman was around 87 or so, if I remember right.

So, I'm looking for an owners manual, or any information on this compressor and can't find much of anything. I'm assuming that it is oilless because I don't see a sight glass or drain plug, but would certainly like to understand any maintenance needs.

Here are some pics. Any help is appreciated.

When it comes to decibels +10db is a perceived doubling in loudness to the human ear so 80 to 87 is a pretty good jump.

Did that and only came up with an exploded parts diagram of a motor and pump assembly that were close, but not an exact match. An owners manual would be nice. Couldn't even find the exact model number or pump number on Campbell Hausfelds website. :headscrat

That makes a lot of sense. I could have a normal conversation standing next to this one when its running. The craftsman, I would have to yell. I bet those super quiet 65db ones like California Air are really nice in a small shop. The build quality scared me on the California Air ones, btw, although the same motor seems to be used on all kinds of small compressors - like the new Campbell Hausfeld twin stack, for example.

Here is a clue from

https://www.campbellhausfeld.com/parts.html

"Effective 09/01/2017 Campbell Hausfeld will no longer distribute replacement parts to consumers. These parts can be purchased through one of our authorized distributors listed below:"

So, jumped over to ereplacements.com and most of the replacement parts are obsolete. I guess CH is moving on from their older product lines. Oh well, mine is still running great and it is just an air compressor.
