Can a 3 phase motor be converted to 1 phase?

I have this motor I bought at a garage sale and would like to know if I could eventually use it for something. It says it is 3/4 HP and it is 3 phase.

I know nothing about electric motors so maybe someone here can tell me.

Thanks in advance

Anything is possible but no, it isn't practical.

Use it with a VFD if you have a need for a variable speed motor.

To elaborate since you don't know anything about motors, no it isn't really possible. Like A PMech says "anything is possible" but single phase motors have two sets of windings (a start and run winding) in them whereas three phase, single speed motors have only one set of windings. Even if you found someone who wanted to try, they still wouldn't be able to as there isn't enough space or the internal structure to support doing this.
