I picked up a blue point 110v mig welder, with jackson helmet, 80cf tank (almost full), welding cart, 10lb spool of wire, regulator for $350 and the guy delivered it to me.

I also picked up my hobart handler 140 for $280 delivered.
Check out CL and just wait for a deal. Or the eastwood mig for $299 is hard to beat. I love my 110v, I can plug it in anywhere.

Bought a 120v Miller Cricket XL back in 1990 for $500. Best 500 I ever spent. Mig is the easiest to use. Like welding upside down, no problem. It was a flux core setup, which i quickly converted to gas/solid wire so I could weld sheet metal. Unless, your doing structural welding. A small mig is quite capable of doing 90 percent of most types of welding
