Can all rust be removed?

I left my tool box outside, and rain got in it...

What can i do? or are they done for?

That doesn't look to bad. Buy some evaporust and you should be good. You probably don't even need that. I used too use coke, and WD-40.

ultra sonic cleaner. or a rock tumbler with a very mild polishing media. or evaporust.

Tim,

Even a rusty tool will still work. So this is not the end of the world.

That said, I hate rust. So if those were my tools, I hit them with a stiff wire brush, spray them with WD40, wipe them off, and put them back in a dry box. And I'd vow not to leave my tools out in the rain again.
