Can anone identify this bit driver (screwdriver)?

I must have bought this 20 years ago but really never been used it. But I not sure where it came from. I was looking for a small screwdriver to go with the Knipex XS mini cobra pliers to keep in my jeans 5th pocket - aka pocket watch pocket. So I remembered this in the back of the screwdriver drawer. I like the piece of rubber tubing that acts as a keeper for the 4 screwdriver hex bits in the anodized aluminum handle. Does anyone know who made this?

Not seen one, but it strikes me as an excellent project for a student/apprentice machinist.
