Can anybody identify this thing?

Hi--I bought this along with a whole bunch of diesel stuff, and have never seen one before. It apparently is hydraulic, and seems to be a Caterpillar pressure tester of some sort. There is a decal on the end that says "valve identification diagram", but I can't locate anything on line. The base is just over a foot long. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yep, its a diesel injector tester. Probably worth quite a few bucks, but one could make some good money testing injectors for people.

it only works for 'mechanical' injectors found on older engines.

It's an OTC Nozzle-Rator. I have one in the shop. They run $700.00 or so.
