That looks like a Hay-Budden that they made for another company. It's a farrier's pattern because it has the clip point off the side of the horn.
If you can clean the front side of the front foot (under the horn) there is likely to be a serial number, or some remnants of a serial number....a picture of that whole front foot will help. Also, take a picture of the underside...looking for a depression, and what shape it is. lastly, look underneath the horn, up close to the horn itself for a number stamped. If it has number stamped there (single digit usually) it's definitely a Hay-Budden...that was an inspector stamp and no other brand was known to do that.
