Those are strange; no relief on the sides for chips, no pilot, no keft, and a small shank, etc. I will be interested in seeing what these are for.

They might be some sort of hole saw made for surgical use.
Can anyone I.D. these super heavy duty hole saws? I would think that they are for cutting metal, but I am not sure:
Those cutters were designed by Boeing and made specifically for cutting holes in aerospace projects. ST stands for Standard Tooling with the Boeing Number.....................And there you have it!
