The metal part is 3/4" long.

Diameters are: 0.72" major OD, 0.6" minor OD. 0.49" ID.

The white outer is just a piece of 3/4-26 schedule 40 pipe that the quick connect has been pressed into.

Can't see any markings on it. Spent some time Googling but drew a blank.

looks like a quick connect for a dishwasher or garden hose to me
I once had a countertop dishwasher with a similar QD that went onto the faucet, but I think the OD was a little smaller.
This looks like someone took a Nelson or HF garden hose QD and chromed it.

All the garden hose QCs I've ever seen have an o-ring .... I called them and you're right, it is a garden hose fitting :) I'm surprised.

There are two popular flavors of brass garden hose QDs. One type has o-rings, and the other relies on a special seal.

It looks like a regular GHT washer, but has a smaller ID to meet with the QD.

Because it is a respirator, it is custom for the manufacturer. They want to be sure you don't plug it into a compressor.
