Can anyone ID this antique tool ?

Does anyone have an idea what the tool on the far left of this picture is ?

Looks like it opens a valve of some kind?

The loop end looks like it fits the round "nubs" on fire hose-type nuts for hoses. The square may fit a valve stem, depending on the size across the flats.

Emco-Wheaton makes hose fittings.

That would be my guess too, the loop to turn a valve cap or a hose connector, the square to turn a valve on.

It's a civic specific wrench. Use it on the next $500 civic with 350000 kms, a $5000 body kit, and 19" rims. Pop the hood, laugh at the engine about to die, (especially if the rings are shot from being revved up at stoplights) and smash the driver with it. Goes double if they have 1000's of watts of subwoofers in the trunk, or a tailpipe bigger than 2".
