Can anyone ID this cutting bit?

I think it's for a mill and it appears to be 1/4" shank. Vargus makes them and the item # (Nothing came up googling this) is 301-00012. Thanks guys

Carbide micro boring tool used in a lathe. Unless it is a threading bar. Can't tell conclusively from the angle and quality of the pics.

Can't tell but I also think it looks like a boring bar that goes in a boring head for the mill. Could also be used in a lathe but it's a bit short, a short bar is common with a mill boring head. Example of this is below.

It's called a microscope boring bar, can be used for boring or internal threading of small diameter holes.

If anyone needs them they are theirs for the cost of shipping. There is really not info on them other then a lot # and an item # that comes back to nothing. I'd hate to throw them out.
