Mystery solved - Mid to late 70s Honda

I've had this kicking around for sometime and don't know what it is for.

Any of the brain trust here recognize it?

Thanks in advance

Terry

Looks like a Fiat 124 Spyder but I don't recall those black horn buttons on one.

Did a quick search for Fiat wheels and nothing yet. I did see one with the same trumpet icon for the horn so may in the right direction.

As part of the clue is the three spoke mounted horn buttons as opposed to one center horn button. Is there an era where spoke buttons were used before or after center single centered button?

1975-1979 Honda Civic has a wheel like that, but I don't know if it came in wood or not:

That certainly looks identical^^^ other than the lack of wood.

I bet if you were to remove the plastic spoke cover on the back it would have a part# and/or make insignia molded on it.

Yahooooo that is it. I've been kicking this thing around for so long and never was able to ID it.

Not sure how I came about it but I know it has been here for a couple of decades.

I tried a few times to figure it out but was before my GJ time.

There is a few stampings barely in view under the plastic but didn't want to dismantle the whole thing to get at them. It is the plastic, horn contact ring and hub.

With this success I have wheel #2 to ID in my next thread.

Thanks so much,

Terry

Every time I see one of those old Hondas I have to say "This is an 81 Honda! HOW DARE YOU!"
