I did find it odd there is not an identifying logo but there is patent date. I figger the three dots/punch marks are the owners ‘marks’.

There's a stamp right above the 3 dimples that reads Pat'd Nov 3, 1914 if that helps.

from what i've seen at flea markets, that 3 center punches guy has lost a lot of tools.
