Not sure, but top one might be a valve tappet adjusting wrench for Honda motorcycles/ATV's. It looks similar to ones that I use.

could very well be a brake adjusting wrench along the line of something like this model made by Herbrand:

^ note openings on both ends are 8-points.

the other one MIGHT be an old textile wrench or a wrench made for adjusting some other type of machine that used square nuts.

The top one looks exactly like a Facom brake adjusting wrench for working on French car drum brakes. Not super old.

Leviton, you nailed it man... That is definitely the same wrench as the one in your photo.

I don't want a French bottle opener...

The top one looks exactly like a Facom brake adjusting wrench for working on French car drum brakes. Not super old.
