I believe that color combo and logo are from the early - mid 80's. I think they were still made by Waterloo at that time.

As for the lock, if there is a number stamped on the face, or on the cylinder (you need to remove it to look) a locksmith should be able to cut a new key. Otherwise, Sears sells a 3-lock set for around $20. If you don't want to have extra locks left over, any cam lock from the hardware store that is the same size should fit. You may have to modify the lever to match the old one.

I have one similar with the same logo. My dad bought it the year he died, 1978.

As to the key, Sears sells the locks in their stores.

The lock hook may come off with a nut or have a rivet. If it has a nut, you might be able to do a simple swap with a lock available at the local Sears.

One othe roption would be to take it to a lock smith and have him cut you a new key or two.

I also agree w/late 70's early 80's. I almost snatched up a matching top/bottom that was similar for $40 (1981 date)... until I realized how flimsy it was. Hope yours is a better model.
