Can anyone identify this logo on a DBE?

I picked up this large DBE wrench in a box of tools I won at an auction. I cannot identify the logo, but the wrench does have a part number stamped into it. Does anyone know who made it?

I am used to seeing the "IHC" logo, so this version threw me off.

IH for sure. I have that same logo on a single box end found in my late father-in-law's stuff.
