Can anyone identify this old rolling tool box?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me and identifying this old rolling tool box. I cannot seem to find any identifying marks on it. Thanks so much, I really appreciate it.

My first guess for a manufacturer is MBC (Metal Box and Cabinet, later known as MB Century), possibly rebranded as any one of several other popular brands including Snap-on, circa 1950s-1960s.

Second guess is Waterloo, possibly likewise rebranded.

The brand logo mounting holes on the top chest bottom drawer right side and the cabinet top drawer right side are additional clues.

Thank you so much for your reply. I was told by someone else they thought it was probably snap-on. It belonged to a family member who passed away, and most of his other tool boxes and tools were snap-on brand. Again, thank you for your input, I really appreciate it.

that top box. I got three of them, they all different brands but they are identical. like a kmart brand

Looks a lot like my old Bonney Box which was a rebranded Waterloo. I look carefully around the lower box lock as it might have a date code stamped on it, It will be faint and hardly noticeable. If it does it is Waterloo

Waterloo , ..... it could be a Waterloo branded , it looks like the box in the center of this old catalog without the center box , the holes in your box for name tag (missing) are in the same spot as where Waterloo placed them .
