Can anyone identify this precision driver?

My father got a full set of screwdrivers many years back (but within my lifetime and memory, so within the past 20 years) and I found one lonely driver in the 'junk drawer' and want some help identifying the manufacturer. The rest of the set is wherever he is now in his "new" life(not at my home, that's for damn sure) so I can't look at the rest for further ID.

The top DOES NOT spin, which I like, I've been hosed by those free-spinning end-caps and, for many things, prefer not. (I've got a full set of "Do it Best" precision drivers with the spinning endcap. Working on cell-phones decent precision drivers were a must and that's what the local hardware store had)

Just under the yellow cap, it has in really small "FRANCE" in the plastic (not painted, molded). Anyone know where I can pick up a set? These are amazing drivers. Some of the nicest precision drivers I've used and I've been with a lot of precision drivers.

Any thoughts from you all? I looked for the P/N and got nothing. I *think* the set came with a bunch of precision drivers and a few pairs of small pliers

That is from the 12 pc. Micro-Tech Expert screwdriver set 9-41670. One of the few Craftsman tools I haven't sold or thrown away. They're actually quite nice and have held up well. I bought mine in the early or mid 1990's.

I don't know who made them for Sears, but the new sets look like they might be made by the same people. I looked at a new set and may end up buying them. They were also made in France IIRC.

They look like a Facom design to me. Oh those crafty frogs! LOL.
Many of the older Facom screwdrivers I have look similar sans the yellow cap.

Now long gone, but the Wiha set seems to be somewhat close.

Wiha looks close, but I don't know of any that they make without the spinning top. Personally, I prefer the spinning top (and hence the Wiha drivers), but to each their own.

Yup, just noticed he preferred a non spinning top so the Wiha's I posted definitely won't work for him. I like the spinning top too.

Looks like the second link from @Buckgnarly are them! Think I'd just deal with the cap though on the $14 set. The one with the set like mine and the top set are already at $26 with more than a day, yikes! Thanks for the tip on the Bost, those look like they are the ones. Thanks for the detailed info @wreckercologist, any idea if they sold them in a kit like I mentioned in my first post or are my memories a bit beyond hazy? Regardless, at least I can track down the drivers a bit easier now. I've heard mixed reviews about the new craftsman precision drivers and this old one seems like the finest precision driver I've used. I don't have severe animosities with a spinning cap, they just aren't my preferred driver, preference though.

Yeah, the part# I posted is for the kit.

I've never had issues with the cap not rotating. It's concave on the end for a finger to rest in, and I would have no problem buying another set.

Any idea where to buy Bost tools? I'm in the states and in my [limited] searching didn't find any dealers/distributors. Amazon doesn't seem to have them and that's really my primary source for online shopping of general stuff and tools. Thoughts/suggestions? And are they enermously pricey or are they pretty reasonable? Remember, I really only buy Craftsman tools when they're on-sale so expensive to me is Craftsman at full price or anything higher.
