Can Anyone Identify This Tool box?

Woo Hoo! It IS a Snap-On! Cleaning some paint overspray off of the top and back and found the model and serial!
KRA-61F

Looking up pics online, it explains the extra holes in the front and the different handle placement.

Wow very nice, a KR61 for $35. Great deal!!!! Plus that bit of fuel for the 3hr trip.

It looked like a 31" snap on, but the front handle placement threw me. From the pics you posted, I can now see that they removed the two front handles and replaced them with that "improved" center handle. Not to mention the missing badge. Enjoy it, those are nice boxes. Like a stretched out KRA59

Here's after a few minutes with a scuff pad and some metal polish. Cleaned up pretty nice, looks better in person.


Been going over the whole box with metal polish to get rid of all the paint overspray and old tape residue without messing up the red. Snap-On badge will be on it's way shortly, thanks to Bluebolt. Anyone have a number or name for touch up paint that will match?
If I keep going at this rate, I'm not going to want to sell it.

Badge arrived today, and it's been cleaning up nicely (one handle is off because I'm sanding it right now).



Still just need to get some touch up paint and a metal rod for the hinge (part of it over the badge broke off and is missing).

That badge sure makes the box come alive! Looks perfect condition wise, nice match for box condition. Nice shape but not new or restored looking. Glad I could help.
